Mercedes-Benz and Bosch team up to bring autonomous vehicles to the road

With its advancements in autonomous driving technologies, it's clear that Mercedes-Benz is looking forward to the future of automobiles, where being chauffeured to your destination will no doubt consist of little more than entering an address in your vehicle's GPS.

Mercedes-Benz's parent company, Daimler, has recently partnered with Bosch, one of the world's largest suppliers of automotive parts, in order to make fully autonomous cars a "reality on city streets" by the start of the next decade. By taking the vehicle expertise of Daimler and pairing it with the hardware expertise of Bosch, the companies say driverless vehicles will frequent roads sooner rather than later.
